Suckling Transport receives Prince Michael International Road Safety Award
Fuel distribution specialist, Suckling Transport, received the Prince Michael International Road Safety Award at a luncheon ceremony held at the Savoy on 6th December 2011. The Company was Highly Commended in the Fleet Safety category. Adrian Walsh, Director RoadSafe, organisers of the awards said: “The judges were extremely impressed by the evidence of the company’s commitment to reducing risk of those who drive within their company and the example they have shown within the sector and beyond.”
Managing Director, Peter Larner, was accompanied by his fellow Directors, Peter Greenyer and Alan Dodson at the event.
The Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards are presented to individuals, companies and organisations in recognition of their outstanding contribution to improving road safety. The event is attended by about four hundred people and specially invited guests, including the Road Safety Minister Mike Penning, MP, and a number of leading road safety professionals.
